Born in Salemi, Sicily and then moved to Milan, north of Italy. "Vito" your chef and owner is proud to bring these flavors to your table, thanks to his past experience in Italian Cuisine. Watching his parents preparing everything from fresh homemade pasta to homemade wine and then, a chef himself, in some of the most known Restaurants in the North End. Mr. Santangelo has learned the meaning of quality, freshness and flavor at an early age and he really means it when he says, "your experience is his reputation".
